ubuntu10.10下安装googleearth

注:若操作系统是64位的用户,运行命令安装依赖sudo apt-get install ia32-libs lib32nss-mdns

第一步:从ubuntu的官方源中安装googleearth-package这个包

sudo apt-get install googleearth-package

第二步:运行

make-googleearth-package --force

来产生deb包(可能比较耗时)

第三步:安装

sudo dpkg -i googleearth_5.2.1.1588+0.5.7-1_i386.deb

第四步:打开googleearth

依次打开应用程序-互联网-Google Earth

lz你好。我也在Ubuntu上安装过googleearth，现在感觉有几个问题要注意：1、 5.1版的比5.2版的好，包括我在内好多人都反映5.2版的不能用。 2、 googleearth官网上有对应linux的bin文件下载。所以可以不用创建deb包。记得我以前傻乎乎地把在自己笔记本上创建的deb文件复制到办公室的电脑上双击安装，结果悲剧了

Linux版Google Earth好郁闷，不是乱码就是权限问题非得以root运行。。然后就是显示不出照片！～

@freetstar, 问题是可以把google的qt配置删除，然后安装libqt4，但是这样搞了后就非得以root才可以运行，否则会崩溃。。然后就是显示不出地图照片。。所以在这方面，觉得google根本就没关注opensource，这个问题都已经两年了，还没解决了！，
